De Citroën 2 CV, ook wel bekend als 'Eend', wie kent deze iconische auto niet? Het door ons aangeboden exemplaar is niet zomaar een Eend, want deze heeft eigenlijk alleen maar pluspunten: origineel Nederlands geleverd, origineel kentekenbewijs aanwezig, slechts twee eigenaren, uitgevoerd in de prachtige kleur "Jaune Cedrat" en volledig gerestaureerd, waardoor deze zich in prachtige staat bevindt waarvan u niet snel een tweede zult vinden. De restauratie is voltooid in 2022 waarvan foto's aanwezig zijn in de documentatiemap. Het interieur is uitgevoerd in een fraaie stoffen bekleding van een bruinmotief. Uiteraard bevindt ook deze zich in zeer goede staat. Het dak kan naar achteren worden geschoven, waardoor heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten. Het bouwjaar is 1976 en de 600 cc motor levert 29 pk. De auto rijdt zoals het hoort: comfortabel en speels. Het onderstel is hard en de carrosserie heeft goede passingen van de motorkap, kofferdeksel, portieren, dorpels en spatborden. De laatst uitgevoerde APK (zonder op- of aanmerkingen) is geldig tot maar liefst 30 mei 2024. Direct rijden en genieten dus! Kortom: een auto die u met eigen ogen wil zien.
Algemene informatie over de Citroën 2 CV
De Citroën 2CV. Vooral bekend als de 'Eend' of 'Lelijk Eendje'. Dit iconische Franse model werd in 1935 gepresenteerd met de Franse boeren als doelgroep. Hij moest daarom betaalbaar en betrouwbaar zijn. Ook moest hij comfortabel en veilig goederen kunnen vervoeren over de onverharde wegen, aardappelen, eieren en wijn. Een eis was dat eieren in een mand niet zouden breken wanneer de auto over een stuk omgeploegd land zou rijden, en dit presteerde dit auto. Oorspronkelijk was het plan om in 1939 de 'Deux Chevaux' te presenteren op de Parijse autosalon, maar vanwege de oorlog heeft dit pas plaatsgevonden in 1948. De productie liep uitzonderlijk lang: van 1949 tot en met 1990. Ondanks het grote succes en hoge productiecijfers is een goed en roestvrij exemplaar tegenwoordig steeds schaarser, laat staan een zeer goed exemplaar. Voordeel van deze laatste serie is het opgeschroefde vermogen (29 pk).

The restoration was completed in 2022, photos of which are present in the documentation folder. The interior is done in a beautiful fabric upholstery of a brown pattern. Needless to say, it too is in very good condition. The roof can be slid backwards, allowing you to enjoy the sun. The year of construction is 1976 and the 600 cc engine produces 29 hp. The car drives as it should: comfortable and playful. The chassis is hard and the bodywork has good fits of the bonnet, boot lid, doors, sills and mudguards. The latest MOT (without any comments) is valid until no less than 30 May 2024. So drive straight away and enjoy! In short: a car you want to see with your own eyes.
General information about the Citroën 2 CV
The Citroën 2CV. Best known as the ‘Duckling’ or ‘Ugly Duckling’. This iconic French model was presented in 1935 with French farmers as its target audience. It therefore had to be affordable and reliable. It also had to be able to transport goods comfortably and safely over dirt roads, potatoes, eggs and wine. One requirement was that eggs in a basket would not break when the car drove over a piece of ploughed land, and this is what this car performed. Originally, the plan was to present the ‘Deux Chevaux’ at the Paris Motor Show in 1939, but because of the war, this did not take place until 1948. Production ran exceptionally long: from 1949 to 1990. Despite its great success and high production figures, a good, rust-free example is increasingly scarce nowadays, let alone a very good one. The advantage of this last series is the uprated power (29 hp).
